Membership application form

Submitting the application does not mean that your company has been approved for membership. All financial information given is held in the strictest confidence and will not be revealed outside of the decision making office.

Application Process:

• Application is free.
• To apply, prospective members should submit this questionnaire duly signed (with members acknowledging that their on-line applications are binding), plus financial documents, such as balance sheets, and so on.
• The network manager will check the references, financial background, and reputation of the applicant and notify the applicant of acceptance or rejection with 10 days of submission.
• Upon notification that the applicant has been accepted for membership, an invoice for the annual dues will be sent and must be paid prior to the new member being released to the members
• Each member should have a fully functional Web site. This may become mandatory for all new members in the future.

Disclosure of the applicant's current financial status (for example, profit and loss statement, balance sheet, and so on) is required at time of application. GFG offers confidentiality for all financial information submitted.
