GFG Comes Full Circle, Returning to the Perimeter Embassy Suites in ATL, GA
ATLANTA, U.S.A. – SPRING 2013
GFG Group Administrator Rachel Marchant reports back from the Spring 2013 Conference in Atlanta, 9 – 12 April 2013.
This might be proof that the GFG has its favourites or that you can’t get too much of a good thing as the GFG visits Atlanta for the 5th time…

In April 2013 the GFG once more landed in Atlanta to meet for its spring casual conference. With the Perimeter Embassy Suites accommodating the GFG members and offering its usual full breakfast and Manager’s reception each day, it is no wonder the GFG awards them the business. |
Although the Directors had their usual meeting during Sunday, the spectacular location, courtesy of Bill Mordecai and his wife, Barbara, meant that the backdrop was delightfully relaxing. Their house, overlooking the lake, ensured that fresh air kept everyone on good form for full discussions of group matters.

Later that evening, the GFG members arrived in groups to enjoy the same views and location. The extensive verandah, fully furnished, enabled everyone to enjoy time outside while catching up with each other’s news. |
Satiated with good company, food and views, smiles were plentiful. It was a great way to start the conference. Just one of the bonuses of attending the casual / optional conference each April. |
Our Annual Conferences are the place for our Global Freight Group members to join from all corners of the world and network for mutual growth, collaboration, and success in the freight industry.
